SARAGURO: BEADWORK 2000 (A)

By the year 2000 Saraguro beadwork had became widely available in craft shops and artisan markets in the Ecuadorian sierra. Some non-Saraguros had begun to make, sell and wear Saraguro-style beadwork, and along with Saraguros were continuing to develop new techniques, applications and patterns.
